Christopher Wong
Principal
Chris is a co-founder of Richmond Construction Consulting and has over ten years of experience in the construction industry working on projects as large as $1 billion to projects as small as $100,000 in construction value. He has performed the roles of Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Office engineer on large scale commercial construction projects. Chris has also been a Construction Manager on residential construction projects. Chris is a Bay Area native and graduate from the University of California, Davis with B.S. in Civil Engineering..
Arthur Lau
Principal
Arthur Lau is a co-founder of Richmond Construction Consulting and has spent the last 17 years of his construction career managing projects for various public and private clients throughout the Bay Area. His management experience includes roles of project manager, resident engineer, inspector and facility reliability engineer stretching from public works streetscapes to light rail stations, pharmaceutical lab environments and state-of-the-art automated baggage handling systems in aviation. Art was born and raised in San Francisco and received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at CalPoly San Luis Obispo.
